Espadrille straps

Decided to add some straps to the espadrilles I made. I think that they look more me with the straps than without them. 

DIY Espadrilles

I have been sewing some espadrilles. I found the soles in a shop in Malaga and made my own pattern for the tops. 

Thanks to Agata at No time to sew for the lovely owl material that you gifted to me last year! 

The photos document the process of making them! I hope to make some more in the future.

physiotherapy...

Tens machine in action for my second round of physiotherapy. My little finger looks straight in this photo, but it's permanently stuck in an awkward bent position as the tendon is trapped in the scar tissue...

Watercolor marker pens

My lovely daughter gave me some beautiful watercolor marker pens for my birthday.

I am now an official pensioner 😱

I've been playing with them this afternoon following a few tutorials on YouTube

You can tell the first bee painting from the second one I think 🐝🎨🤣

waiting for physio

I have an appointment to have two weeks of physiotherapy on my little finger following the operation I had for dyupetrons in August.

I have been exercising at home but.. 

Anyway if the physio doesn't work I may have to have another operation to repair the tendon in my finger 😑

Hope to be back crafting as soon as possible

Back to knitting again

Following the operation on my dyupetrons it has taken a very long time to recuperate. 

Mt hand is better than it was, but I'm still suffering from numbness and pins and needles, which is worse in the cold weather. 

Despite this, I have managed to do exercise and massage whilst waiting for physio.. 

So I am happy to begin to do a few more things as it has been very frustrating.. The knitting is slowly growing.. A jumper for myself 😁

Oil painting

An oil painting I have just about finished today. 

It will disguise my electric box which I'd just beside the front door.

It just needs to dry now before it can be varnished and hung.
